Eric Martin Promoted as Chief Executive Officer of Employee Owned Holdings, Inc.

Houston, TX – May 29, 2026 – Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. (EOH), the 100% employee-owned parent company of Hydraquip, Inc., GCC, and Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc. (SIT), today announced the promotion of Eric Martin as its Chief Executive Officer in addition to acting as its President.

Since being promoted to President of EOH in 2024, Eric has played a pivotal role in leading the organization through a period of exceptional growth and success in new markets. Over the past 18 months, EOH has achieved record revenue results while continuing to expand its capabilities, strengthen customer relationships, and invest in its employee-owned culture.

Eric’s journey with the EOH family began nearly two decades ago when he joined Hydraquip Corporation during his first internship while attending Texas A&M. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a strong technical aptitude, a customer-first mindset, and an ability to drive profitable growth across the organization. After transitioning from Hydraquip, Inc. to Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc. in 2021, Eric quickly advanced through leadership positions including Sales Director, Vice President of Sales of SIT Houston before being promoted to President of EOH in 2024.

As CEO and President, Eric will continue leading EOH’s long-term strategic vision with a focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence, employee ownership, and innovation across the company’s family of businesses.
