With more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience, Mike brings a strong track record of developing and executing people strategies that support business growth, enhance employee experience, and drive organizational performance. Throughout his career, he has held senior HR leadership roles across a range of industries, leading initiatives in talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
