Gulf Controls Company Announces Top Leadership Reorganization

Tampa, FL – April 2, 2018: Gulf Controls Company, Inc. (GCC) announced the promotion of John
Flieman, III as its CEO, Rod Longnecker as the new President and Jordan Pritt as the Company’s new
Sales Manager. These changes were implemented to provide stability and direction and ensure GCC is
able to maintain strong operations in coming years.

John Flieman has served 30 years at GCC, starting as a territory account manager, where after excelling
in his sales career and earning promotions within sales leadership, before ultimately becoming President
for the past 16 years. John’s relationships with vendors and customers has made him an indispensable
part of the business. As he transitions towards future retirement, his new position will help ensure
leadership stability while maintaining the Company’s world-class customer service.

Having served the company for the past 15 years in various engineering, operations and sales
management positions, Rod now assumes leadership as president for all aspects of the company. Rod
has shown passion in delivering engineered solutions to customers and has worked closely with the field
sales team as sales manager over the last several years to share knowledge and solutions with them.
Having had responsibility for management of engineering and the shop, Rod has been able to regularly
interface with Gulf Control’s largest OEMs to provide system design, fabrication and managed inventory.

Jordan Pritt has quickly become a valuable component of the company after joining GCC in June, 2014
as a Territory Manager in the Northern District. Right from the beginning, Jordan displayed impressive
skills expanding GCC’s customer base while strengthening the customer relationships. In 2016, Jordan
was promoted to District Manager, managing a team of other territory managers in the Central district. In
his new role of sales manager, Jordan will manage the entire outside sales team.
